It’s the worst experience I had n never want fo return to Bologna due to this BnB, Federico refused to check us in as we arrived “early” at 3:40pm n he went for therapy. No one opened door n we had to do most complex Vikey checkin which is impossible to operate if one is over 25yrs old! After dinner we couldn’t get back into building as lock system was down! Thank God I got contact of lady next door n she let us in. My husband is 70 n he had a heart attack due to all the stress

This property was very beautiful inside and very secure with a locked door at the street level. Digital access was used to enter the group of rooms inside the area designated as Luxury Station Suites with additional digital access to our personal suite. All was clean and beautiful. The host was extremely helpful and contacted me several times to ensure I understood how to access the room we reserved. It was less than 2 blocks from the Bologna Train Station with many restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely stay at Luxury Station Suites again!

The check-in experience can be difficult. You apparently need to fill out an online form by a certain time on the day you arrive before you can access the apartment and there is no one on site. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable though.

I is a very nice apartment. Good 👍 location to city. And restaurants. Also to the train station 🚉. The apartment very clean. Good 🛌. The room is very nice a lot of space.
