Beautiful room and view! Me and my boyfriend we had a great time here !

Nice clean room, friendly staff and good parking. Doesn't take long to get to the city centre either. Would stay again.

so old and Dirty,breakfast poor quality and limited variety, scrambled eggs so dry, no fresh juice, warm milk so lukewarm, room dirty ,window dirty,cheap lastic shower curtain cant contain water,stillspilled tofloor allover, besides curtain botyom so yellowish need cleaned! also put extra charge for no reason!

Beautiful lobby. Great location. Short walk to the start of the old town. Good breakfast. Most importantly comfy bed and clean room.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was very clean, staff were exceptional! They helped at every opportunity and were always very gracious. The breakfast menu was very extensive, something for everyone. There was even a gluten free nook. Thanks for helping making our first time in Italy great!

It fairly ok hotel. Front desk service is lacking. Maybe because of language. Shower panel is silly design. Thankfully I am slim enough. Not for old folks.

The location of the hotel is good (7 mins walk to the central station and 1.5 km from the historical center etc.). And the room was quite ok. But the staff at the front desk seemed a bit cool (those serving at the breakfast place were fat better).

I needed two things and I got them both. A fast and swift check-in and a nice room. Thanks for having me.

Good hotel, convenient location just outside ZTL and 15 minutes walking to city center. Breakfast is quite basic.

This hotel is a traditional style hotel. We liked it a lot, it was very comfortable. We had the best nights sleep there. And isn't sleeping the most important thing in a hotel? We liked the traditional room, it was cozy, with a balcony too, The service was helpful. The facade of the hotel building is not beautiful (in my opinion) but inside is a good hotel. We would definitely stay there again. It's convenient to the train station and to the city centre. The breakfast was pretty good.

Everyone would agree that they don't want to let others know where they like very much. This hotel provides pleasure and comfort, as evidenced by the friendly expressions on the staff. The spacious room and large bathtub are enough to relieve fatigue throughout the day, and I like the restaurant food. The proximity to the train station gives good transportation access. You may think the facility is a little old, but there is no inconvenience at all. Above all, I liked the bed. One thing is regrettable that there were no free drinks in the room.
