Charging for a shuttle bus when having a hotel near the airport is a crime.

We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which is quite exceeding our expectations. Food quality is good and price reasonable.

Absolutely terrible. I thought it would be okay to stay one night since it's close to the airport, but the bathroom smelled awful, making the whole room reek. The air conditioning wasn't working. I called front desk in the evening, and they said they'd come and check, but an hour passed and they still hadn't arrived. Keep in mind that it's 37-38 degrees Celsius here in the summer! The internet was terrible; we were using mobile data. Late check-out cost 20 euros per hour. There were a bunch of staff at the front desk, but only one person handled check-in and check-out. And then, around 9 AM, while we were still sleeping, a staff member just barged in with a key! It was awful.

It would be great if the showerhead in the room could be fixed in place.

Satisfied. There's a Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel, and the food is quite good. The train station is just across the street from the hotel, making travel very convenient.

I can only stay in the room; there's nowhere to go around.

There wasn't even a tea cup in the room. The breakfast was very poor and the service was very poor.
