UNA Hotels San Vitale Bologna

The service was just amazing! The hotel team has been working with passion and treated the guests nicely. Will definitely come back again for my future visit in Bologna.

Despite being ~20min away from both the city centre and Bologna Centrale, UNA Hotels is still conveniently located as there are multiple direct buses that link these places to the hotel. The room is clean and modern and many amenities are provided such as shampoo and body wash. The TV is also modern and you can connect to watch videos on your phone. There is also a bidet in the bathroom and even a seat in the shower for the elderly. A slight note is the bathroom is a little bit mouldy but not noticeable. I recommend this hotel highly as it is comfortable, clean, and affordable.

The staff are super amazing and helpful. But the amenities is a but old eg the power outlet seems to going to fall off and the shower is also not at the best status.

Clean and spacious room and excellent breakfast. Check out at 1200 pm. Easy connection to city centre with the bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Everything was very clean and quiet. I only stayed for one night but I would definitely return. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the number 14 bus takes you to Sant’Orsola hospital in 10 minutes.

Excellent hotel, everything is new and beautiful, the room is very well equipped with a large, modern TV, the staff is wonderful, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things and everything is fresh and delicious.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.
