i couldn't believe our experience at the Astoria hotel in bologna, italy... we checked in to room 19 on the first floor at 3pm and turned on the air conditioner and felt the air conditioner wasn't working at all but still thought We had just checked in and needed some time, so we turned on the air conditioner and went to eat something. After 4 hours, we returned at 8 p.m. and our room was hotter even when we checked in because the air conditioning system was not working. not working... we contacted the manager and 5 minutes later they came up to check and told us to wait for them to come back! 10 minutes later they came back with an electric fan and told us there were no more rooms to change because they were fully booked... I said it was unreasonable and unacceptable for the hotel to handle it like that. So I asked to cancel the room and the manager said to wait for them to come back and change the room for me... I asked why at first they said they had booked all the rooms and now they had them, what was the answer? They were afraid we had used them. used the room and they checked the toilet and bed to make sure we hadn't used anything... The manager's rude attitude and solution were unacceptable and I was still patiently waiting for them to come back and give us another room on the 4th floor and the problem happened again: the room they threw away for us. is an attic room on the top floor and there is no toilet so we have to use the shared toilet and bathroom with the whole floor! You can accept that when you book a room and the hotel has a problem and they don't fix it and have such a rude and uncivilized attitude towards customers... we asked for another room or else we would leave and they would leave. told me another room and more surprisingly, the second room they gave us was opposite room 19 on the first floor that we booked... (from the beginning they said there was no room, it was full, then threw it to us. 1 bad room on the 4th floor without a toilet and now gave me a room opposite the original room) worse than the second room they changed to this number 20 and when I opened the door in front of me was house 1 Vung Water pooled on the floor and from above the door to the room the water dripped into a puddle on the house to the point that they had to use towels to keep the water from flowing out... and when I pointed it out to the manager, he Turn around and say yes or no, it's up to us…. and we had a hard time finding another hotel and leaving and of course they don't give you your money back and rudely watch you leave the hotel as if they were not at fault and don't feel guilty... We will never return to this city and to this hotel we advise you not to come!
