A hotel costing 3000 yuan a night is about the same as a run-down guesthouse costing 80 yuan a night in China. During the exhibition, there was really no other choice. If you have other options, please don't stay here.

Giulio and Maria in reception were excellent. Both very helpful, warm and friendly. Went out of their way to answer questions. Hotel and room were quaint, beautiful and historic. It is a former convent with some relics remaining.Very clean and comfortable. Unique and beautiful rooms. Fantastic breakfast included.

Appreciate that it is a very old building and very unique but better soundproofing is needed. No excuse for poor quality towels and bedsheets or toilet paper. If you're going to provide toiletries, you need to provide more than just 4 bottles of shampoo.

Stayed here since it's near where our daughter is living while studying in Bologna. Very cute - an old convent converted into a hotel. Rooms were decent sized and the breakfast was good. A little walk to the Piazza Maggiore, but there are businesses close to the hotel - a supermarket right next door.

The hotel itself is very charming, and the staff is super nice, they make an effort to give a good service to guests. However, we experienced noise (loud footsteps) coming from upstairs early morning and late nights. Also, shower pressure was very weak so shower wasn’t super comfortable. Breakfast lacks some options. Location is great, walking distance to downtown.

The reception staff was very friendly, the hotel is definitely not a 4 star Hotel and I don't understand how they manage to get that since everything is old and nothing modern, it looks like earlier was a church so it makes interesting the stay, I don't think I will be back but it was ok for a couple of nights.
