Stanza nel complesso normale. Posizione Conad con auto e perfetta per la fiera.
Insonorizzazione della prostra stanza (111) da migliorare, la finestra non isolava correttamente e si sentivano anche le voci nell parcheggio sottostante.

Buon business hotel in zona fiera a Bologna, affiliato al 4 stelle posizionato lì accanto, dove la colazione a buffet è generosa.
Bene l'accoglienza, camere pulite, semplici e moderne, in ordine, bagno perfetto, Non si può dire lo stesso dei corridoi ma sono in fase di ristrutturazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo centrato, soprattutto visti i costi della città.
