The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They even recommended a great gelato shop, which I really appreciated. They also offered luggage storage, which was very convenient.
However, the bathroom in the room was a little old, and there was noticeable mold, which made it somewhat uncomfortable. I believe the room itself was cleaned properly, but the bathroom facilities were simply quite dated. The bed, on the other hand, was clean and comfortable.
I also liked that the hostel had a shared kitchen and paid laundry facilities. However, the kitchen was a little messy.
There was enough space in the room to open my luggage, which was convenient. However, the room was quite dimly lit, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable. One thing I found quite inconvenient was that the room lights required a key card to turn on. This meant that if someone left the room while another person was taking a shower, the room could become completely dark. It was inconvenient, but since I only stayed for one night, it was manageable.
Overall, the staff were excellent and very helpful, but cleanliness in the bathroom is particularly important to me, so I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
