The single room is a bit small. I'd suggest getting a double room even if you're by yourself. My ground floor room wasn't very quiet, and the safe didn't work. But the service was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic with tons of options. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown.

Towels and bedsheets are a bit dated with some smell.
The location is in an area not so suitable for families with children.
Room is a bit small but acceptable.
Shampoo would be better to have a new set instead of a big old bottle.

Truly a 'boutique' hotel
Owner cock centered, in a feathered way. Delightfully excentric - would qualify english class
Quirky, fun but at it's heart a hostelry.

Very average 4 star hotel. Room is quite small and water is paid 2 euros for every bottle. Although it is clean and staff is welcome and friendly.
