Excellent facilities. Clean room and comfortable bed. Top quality hotel offering the full hotel experience. Only issue is the distance from the town centre.

unfriendly service from the very start in reception. room not equipped, no water kettle. facilities such as pool and gym are positioned in lower level with no one around. feeling eerie. the only good thing is the price paid for accommodation.

The hotel is quite far from the centre, not much to do. But the room is fairly clean. Breakfast is pretty yummy, although not a lot of choice, the foods are fresh.

Worst manager ever “ mi hai rotto i coglioni” the answer to my question if we can have an iron at our room. … receptionist very professional good people, the manage just terrible at communicating and very impolite. Definitely would go again there but absolutely would never talk to that manager again as he seems doesn’t appreciate the clients.

The location although 7 km from the city center that seems near it is not! You have to walk 15-20 min to the nearest bus station and then there are only 2 buses running every hour to reach city center. If you miss the first one then you have to wait another 25 minutes for the second one! If you are planning your trip on foot avoid this one. If you rent a car there is a parking lot outside in the courtyard of the hotel and several more just outside the hotel on the street. Both parking spots are in the open. Hotel offers a closed parking spot in its basement but on pay. We had to change room the next day of our arrival as there was a noise coming out of the ventilation system. A supervisor came to inspect the room and after verifying our sayings offered us a room 2 floor down. During our stay one of the three lift was out of order and it was a nightmare to come down in the morning during peak hours. All three days we were getting to lobby by stairs.

If you drive yourself, it's good. The hotel parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. There is a large shopping mall on the side. The room is relatively warm and the radiator in the bathroom is very useful at night.

It's a bit far from the city, calling a taxi or Uber is not very convenient and quite expensive. There are no restaurants around, no scenery, the breakfast is OK, the room is so-so, 3-star level, it's better to stay in the city when traveling.

The room was actually OK, and parking was free. But, but. The attitude of the front desk staff, one of the short-haired female front desk staff on the day shift was really bad, with a particularly bad attitude. This hotel is a drag

There are very few hotels with swimming pools in old Italian cities. This hotel is really a surprise. By scanning the room code, you can also receive free toiletries in the room. The room is large and clean, which is really a great review!
