Loved this place. I had the ‘penthouse’ which is a big studio room with everything you need. The location was fantastic. About a 15 minute walk to the arena. There are some really nice restaurants and cafes close by. The restaurant that the hotel recommends was delicious. Would definitely stay there again

Wonderful apartament, soulful baouoechik, welcome water, coffee capsules. Sufficient amount of dishes and cutlery. Price quality is excellent. Easy to find by remote check-in instructions. But registration for city tax is tedious, at least the recognition of passport data would work, otherwise it takes an hour for a family, on the road it is annoying

Everything you need for a short stay in Bologna! The room is spotlessly clean less than 15' walk from the main square and all the restaurants and shops. The owner was helpful and responded immediately to what we needed. I highly recommend

lovely place! if you are 2 people who want to stay in Bologna it is a romantic area, and slightly quieter, with a nice balcony. it was ideal for us! it is central, but to reach the center it takes about 10 minutes on foot. It's not a big deal at all. especially when the walk is so beautiful. there's also a fantastic ice cream shop underneath. I highly recommend a visit!

Stunning accommodation in a great, quiet location! We have our dog with us, and the apartment is perfect for the summer too! The fresco floor and large balcony are fantastic features. We were able to reach everything on foot, which made exploring the area so convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and charming, adding to the overall relaxation of our stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. I would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!
