So...This was a fabulous getaway for me and my daughter. The hotel had bikes available for use that we used to see some of the countryside and the staff made fabulous suggestions for hiking one afternoon. The food, the staff, the accommodations - everything - was fabulous. I hope to return!!

We stayed their with some friends. The hotel is very nice and located in an amazing area. Unfortunately we were assigned a room with no view, just a window on the roof, which for the area is really sad as the beauty is in the views. On top of this the bathroom was freezing cold as the heating had not been turned on properly and temperatures had dropped into the low single degrees. We asked for it to be fixed and did not get a proper response nor solution, despite the hotel being half empty. We spend the night with a room at 30 degrees and a bathroom at 5. Not acceptable, but even worse, no proper response from the staff following our complaints. Really sad experience as I know the hotel from a long time ago and am disappointed to find that the service and staff is not up to standard.

We spent 4 nights at this unique hotel in Cerdanya. The property itself is stunning, the grounds are well kept, the inside has been modernized but retains the charms and attractive features of its 1910 origins as a mansion. The service was ****** with kudos to Mario for helping us get sorted on our first day. The restaurant is definitely a major draw to the property, we had dinner there twice during our stay. The food is great, the staff are very kind and attentive, overall a wonderful experience. Reservations need to made ahead of your stay as capacity is limited. Overall, it makes for a great base for exploring the region. Only thing I wish they had was a fitness facility.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and were very impressed with the property and the staff. The bar isn't staffed (it's a small, comfortable room), but our drinks always arrived promptly. Breakfast and dinner were quite good, and the bed was very comfortable. I think there may be a good bit of variety among the rooms, both in the new and old parts of the hotel, and I think we may have ended up with one of the smaller ones (first floor, facing the front grounds). It was fine, but I think you will appreciate this property more if you get something a little larger.

This is a beautiful hotel I would stay there again tomorrow. The grounds are gorgeous if you play tennis bring your tennis racket they have red clay courts, they also have bicycles and a great bike ride starts right from the hotel

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner 0, si no, lo pondria. Quiero empezar diciendo, que este hotel esta cada vez peor, despues de que cambiaron de compañia serras a biosca la cosa cada vez va a peor. Por empezar el chef del hotel, un 0, muy mal educado, la comida nada nada buena, tampoco hay platos tipicos de aqui la cerdanya, el trato nefasto. El servicio del hotel aun peor. No vuelvo a ir nunca mas. Muy bonito por fuera, pero por dentro como la casa del terror. No lo recomiendo👍

Un hotel al cual volver 100%! Me he sentido como en casa! Los jardines y decoración son increíbles! El restaurante Blanca me fascinó, donde probé plato catalanes maravillosos. Una estancia de la cual recordaré!
