It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade....

we arrived at 5pm on a sunday and the hotel was completely shut. No way to get in. No one answered the bell. A couple sitting outside said that the only person there was an old lady who was hard of hearing and used a walker so that we should be patient. We waited 20 minutes and then decided that a hotel that was not open when guests were expected was not up to par. the grounds were barely kept and the location was not as advertised.

No, no and no !! but how can we give laudatory "opinions" on this establishment from another age (to be avoided) where EVERYTHING is outdated, in mothballs - including, already, the welcome, then the hygiene and the absolute poverty of the little one? lunch - (except the price of the night!!); sinister restaurant closed although included in the published criteria. Nothing was, near or far, worthy of its usurped, false classification; and we therefore "spent" a negative moment in this bad house which illustrates what can spoil a great Italian vacation; with, in addition, and manifest FAULT of the hotelier, a violent fall in the UNSAFE shower area which left painful and worrying after-effects: in short: A BIG MEMORABLE FAIL!!!!!!

Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. Panorama mozzafiato vista vigneti, castello e montagne. Poca varietà a colazione rispetto altri hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura quasi vuota nonostante il periodo.

Personale molto accogliente e stanze molto accoglienti, pulito in ordine e l’hotel è in un posto tranquillo e fuori città la calma e l’ambiente ti da una sensazione di benessere. I Pasti sono sufficienti e puoi trovare tanta scelta anche per la colazione!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel e devo dire che ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La stanza era delle giuste dimensioni, con un terrazzino esterno da cui si poteva ammirare il paesaggio montano. Il bagno molto grande e bello, doccia comoda, con i set di cortesia costituiti da due saponette e due bustine di shampoo. La pulizia direi impeccabile, sia per quanto riguarda la camera che il bagno. Anche per quanto riguarda la colazione della mattina, l'abbiamo trovata molto ricca e variegata, il personale gentilissimo ci ha portato caffè e cappuccino fatti al momento. Sia al nostro arrivo che alla partenza, la signora alla reception è stata davvero gentile e disponibile, anche l'accoglienza quindi è stata ottima. Sicuramente ritorneremo

L'hotel è da rimodernare, a cominciare dalla moquette delle camere che è logora e andrebbe rimossa. La dotazione dei bagni è veramente scarna, non certamente da 4 stelle: una bustina di shampoo e una saponettina a testa. Niente bagnoschiuma, nessun kit di cortesia. A colazione, le brioches sembravano quelle decongelate e poi cotte dell'autogrill, solo più dure, quasi del giorno prima. Abbiamo provato allora con delle brioches confezionate (tipo bauli) esposte in un cestino del buffet, ma ahimè erano scadute... alcune da oltre un mese. Insomma poca attenzione, sembra tutto lasciato molto andare. Eppure i kit dei bagni e la colazione sono cose migliorabili con poco, soprattutto perché del 4 stelle è rimasto il prezzo. Il silenzio!!L'unico punto a favore di questo posto.Abbiamo patito freddo e abbiamo pagato 183 euro per una stanza con letti singoli, scomodissimi in un locale retrò le finestre rotte quindi potete capire il disappunto di essere svegliati dalle macchine con i fari dal sorgere del sole colazione continentale

Prenotazione effettuata direttamente tramite booking di conseguenza filato tutto liscio. Raggiunto hotel tramite stazione ferroviaria Ponte d’adige che è subito nei pressi della struttura. Hotel molto curato pieno di fiori colorati, colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata fornita di caffè inclusa nel prezzo della stanza. Stanza matrimoniale fornita di televisione, frigobar e cassaforte per eventuali oggetti di valore, bagno con una grande vasca a forma triangolare fornito di tutti i vari asciugamani. Nella struttura non manca la palestra per mantenersi in forma.
