I complained to Ctrip, but Ctrip couldn't get through to the store. Maybe I ordered it too early, more than a month in advance. Fortunately, after struggling for a long time, the store said that there was another room for some unknown reason. When I went to the room, I heard people say that this was not the first time that the boss did not reserve a room for the guest. Having said that, the hardware conditions of this company are really good, but they still hope to enhance their awareness of honest management and slightly improve their software services.
