There's a bus stop in front of the hotel that goes directly to the CBD (one hour), or a taxi for about 20 minutes and 200 RMB. **Cute Interior:** The hotel rooms are adorable. The hotel is on the 1st and 2nd floors; the 1st floor has a jazz bar feel with live music. The hotel sells cocktails, bottled beer, and wine; if you prefer a quieter atmosphere, you can take some back to your room. The soundproofing is good, and the rooms are generally quiet. **Disappointing Service:** On my first day, a beautiful blonde girl was very attentive. During my stay, the elevator was under maintenance, and she and the doorman helped with my luggage. However, the staff member wearing glasses in the morning was very rude. He didn't smile at me and his face was full of impatience. While talking to me (about getting my 100 USD deposit refunded), a white guest came down, and she directly spoke to him. The elevator was broken, and I didn't cancel my room, bearing the inconvenience myself, and they didn't offer any compensation, yet the service was terrible. I paid 2000 RMB for a room without complimentary water. I booked it because of the nice view, but I'll definitely skip this hotel next time I'm in Sydney.
