The room was lovely and tidy. The location is a bit far from the city center. I didn't like the way the front desk agent handled my check-in; he and the other agent with him laughed at me, and I don't know why. Their behavior was disrespectful.

The room was excellent and very spacious. However, I had to go down to reception to get a toothbrush. The location is fantastic, with the metro station right around the corner. It's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and 20 minutes to the city center. There's a bar right opposite the hotel, which was a nice bonus. And it was very quiet.

Honestly, I liked everything. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the cleaning noise starting at 9 AM. Even though I was working, I managed to get some rest in the morning, but by 9 AM, I could already hear noise in the hallway/other rooms from the cleaning service.

The hotel was clean. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were attentive. I liked it. I'll be back.

Walking distance from Porto Campanhã station, and most tourist attractions are also within walking distance. The facilities are well-maintained and clean. The only drawback is that the staff service is just average.
