The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. However, it’s a bit far from the main tourist attractions, and since there were homeless people near the hotel, I felt a bit uneasy as a solo female traveler. On the bright side, I really enjoyed the small yoga room.

Very comfortable and nice design staycation with reasonable prices. Coffee and hot water machines are very nice, love them. Rooms are equipped with kitchen and tablewares. Recommended.

The room was ideal - comfortable bed w/ a large bathroom and TV. It was a shame that there was construction outside the window because I had to keep my blinds closed (making the room darker than I’d like). The pool and co-working spaces were great! The hotel is about a 20-40ish minute walk from most of the top places around Porto, so not too bad in terms of location. I’d recommend for solo travellers!

Went through a decent checked in process. There is 24/7 front desk, so even though we arrive at 1am everything is fine. Have a few words about the fan position in the room. It is placed right on top of the bed so there might be wind blowing into your face when you sleep. The team handled my feedback quickly and their efficiency is impressive.

If you are looking for a calm and quiet place this is the place. If you are a so trouble, I highly recommend. The service there is excellent and the people who work there are very nice. And the place is just stunning and really modern

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to reach by metro and bus. The staff are very friendly, the facilities are clean, and the luggage storage room is a nice bonus~

The location is a little distance from centre. However it is near to Metro (Heroismo) and bus. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is basic but have small kitchen for you to cook if you need, we did not utilise the kitchen anyway.

We had a truly perfect stay at Jam Hotel Porto. From the very beginning everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was in excellent condition, almost like new, very modern and thoughtfully designed. It was always clean and perfectly tidy which made it very comfortable to come back to after a day in the city. What made the stay really special was the lovely lady at the reception. She noticed that I was celebrating my birthday during our stay and organized a birthday muffin to be brought up to my room. It was such a kind and personal gesture that I did not expect at all and it honestly made my day. Overall it felt like a place where people really care about their guests, not just in a professional way but in a warm and genuine way. I would happily stay here again without hesitation.
