"The rooms were clean and the hotel was really cheap. Location was pretty good as well, subway station 300m away. But the staff at the hotel was really unpleasant to deal with. They don’t speak a word of English. When we came to drop off our luggage we had to wait for about 10 mins before they opened the door and they didn’t even let us stay in the lobby until the check in and were pretty rude during our stay."

"Great flat in top location, it has all you need for a great stay in Porto. Deluxe flat is a very good size, with all the necessaries for a comfortable stay (washing machine, dishwasher etc) Very nicely furnished and super clean in a beautiful building. Carla at check in was really helpful and so was Helder: gave lots of useful tips on where to go and do Location is great, within walking distance of train station, centre and shops Would definitely stay again"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! They offer complimentary airport pick-up and even dropped me off in the city center for free (which was a huge help, especially as a solo female traveler). The driver for the pick-up was incredibly friendly – 100 thumbs up! 👍🏻 The room was beautifully designed and spotless, and it put my mind at ease knowing all the amenities were disinfected. 😊 Plus, the hotel provided a lovely welcome gift (fruit and cookies), which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Clean, Nice hotel. Located about 15 min taxi ride from city center. Breakfast was nice, room was very spacious. However, electricity and water was cut off during the night. Got back to hotel late from dinner, and no electricity and no water for about an hour. It happened right before midnight and I had to go down to lobby few times to check out the status. Hotel said their electricity provider was having issues..okay..nothing i could do. However, once the electricity was back on i noticed water was all yellow. It was like that until I checked out. It was disgusting. I had to use and take shower with yellow water. Told front office when I checked out, but they only said sorry. No compensation for the inconvinences or what so ever. well, at least tbey said sorry..right? Think again before making reservation here. You might be out of electricity or stuck with yellow water and sorry. Check out the picture of the water! So clean and nice! NOT!"
