Lovely hotel with a cool design. The room was a little small with a tight bathroom but when I’m bonito you don’t want to be in your hotel room. Close to the main areas for food and restaurants. Always got parking

The hotel has an excellent rating and it was for this reason that it was chosen by our group. In fact we had a very unpleasant experience. We lost our room access card and when we went to request another one, the attendant was very rude. He gave my husband a piece of paper to sign without explaining that the hotel charges 30.00 for a lost card. He just said to sign it and if he found it, return it and they would refund it. The other day I went to talk to the attendant, he looked at me and laughed ironically, saying nonsense. In the end, I left it aside. Another bad situation was that we spent the week being shocked by the bathroom tap and we informed reception, without success, about 3 times. I would also like to warn you that the cookies in the jar in the coffee room are moldy. Finally, a hotel to never return to.

Clean, well located with a good breakfast, but there was a delay in handing over the room at check in and I had no support when I found the car (which was in the hotel parking lot) with a flat tire, when it was time to leave to catch the plane back to my city.

Great service, everything clean, cozy and organized! Excellent location, close to the center. Delicious and well served breakfast. Bed linen and towels always changed and smelling good. Very comfortable pool area! The photos match reality! I will come back more often with my family!

Super cozy room, very comfortable bed, sheets and pillows, good shower and very beautiful spaces. Good breakfast. The negative points were the crowded pool (we were barely able to enjoy it) and the air conditioning that kept dripping on my son's bed throughout our 7-day stay (they were unable to resolve this inconvenience).
