"I really only booked the room to have a place to sleep and shower for two nights, and the hotel got one of these right. The shower was a problem because, when the shower was turned on, water would gather on the ceiling and rain down. It was very unpleasant, so I skipped a shower on my second night, took a video of the problem, and shared my concern and the video with hotel staff when I checked out. Other than that, the room and common areas seemed to be mostly clean, although I cleaned things in the room that housekeeping clearly didn't get to (e.g., a sticky microwave knob). I also found the elevators intolerably hot. Yes, it was record heat outside, but I don't understand why the elevator cars weren't air conditioned like the rest of the hotel common areas. As for breakfast, it was okay for consumers of the standard American diet - I.e., high fat, high sugar - and, as a whole-food plant-based consumer, not terribly appealing. But, this is mid-America."

"First of all, Colombia is a small town. The main Missouri University, this hotel is the best condition! Service is warm, no order with breakfast! Room facilities have been a long time, it is still clean! It takes more than 30 dollars to take a taxi from the airport. Importantly, to the airport, the hotel can arrange a free shuttle bus to deliver, you can talk to the baggage department in advance!"
