Admirals Quarters Inn

Perfect location and service. Room was huge, super clean and comfortable. Love the kitchen access with all of the snacks. July 4th weekend was perfect!!

This small Down East hotel overlooks the harbor and is a short walk from shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable and ours had a great water view. Fresh flowers are cut from the onsite gardens regularly. Guests share additional kitchen and common spaces. Plan on spending time in the evening by the fire pit making s’mores. The manager, ‘Jersey’, was an amazing host. He gave us recommendations and helped us with reservations in town. He went out of his way to make our 40th wedding anniversary a special one. He even helped our friends surprise us with a gift from a local business. We will return again!

We had a great time at the Admirals Quarters. Jersey is a very gracious host (handpicked flowers, breakfast, assistance with reservations and suggestions. Our room was comfortable and had amazing views. The location was great and very walkable. We hope to be back!

We had the pleasure of staying two nights as we were in town for the Aglow festival. The inn provides all the convenience of home. Jersey, the proprietor, has thought of just about everything. Our king bed was super comfortable. The location was awesome as we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We look forward to returning to Boothbay Harbor and staying at the Greenleaf.

There are 2 Inns here that share a parking lot. My husband and I stayed at the Admirals Quarters in Room 10 which was right next to the office on the ground floor. We appreciated the sitting room space and large vanity in the bathroom. We had beautiful views right out our door, and just a few steps away was the shared balcony and sunroom with beautiful views of the harbor. Jersey greeted us upon arrival, showed us all around, offered to help with our luggage and gave us many tips for area restaurants. He is so nice and accommodating, and helps make your stay so comfortable and relaxing. You have access to a shared kitchen in both Inns, and use of all their amenities. It's truly one of a kind stay. You will have his number to call or text with whatever you need. He allows parking early before your check in if you want to park and walk to Boothbay, and even park and stay ofter check out time. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were lucky enough (wink, wink) to have both weather extremes while there, and used the air one day and the heater the next. The temp in the room was comfortable for both. We would definitely recommend staying here at the Inn with Jersey.

We had such a great stay. Sadly it was only one night, but we made the best of it. We decided to do our own lobster feast right on our deck. The view is unbearable. Loved the community kitchen and our host "Jersey"

The Room pictures are very Misleading! I thought I was booking a room with a harbor view but obviously wasn't. I was extremely disappointed to say the least. You shouldn't use the same photos for Every room. Unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. in my opinion.

We took our first trip to Boothbay Harbor for my birthday this week and fell in love with the town! I am definitely glad that I chose to stay at Admiral's Quarters! Jersey was an excellent host....from a personal and friendly greeting when we arrived to helping us plan special spots to visit and even having an incredible birthday breakfast celebration on the main deck overlooking the harbor! The location was perfect for shopping, dining and just strolling around the lovely town! Definitely the best choice!!! Thanks Jersey!!

From the moment we arrived my husband and I felt like we were in our dream home. The innkeeper, Jersey, welcomed us and made us feel so much at home. The views from our bedroom window of Penobscot Bay were phenomenal. The house was complete with a fully equipped kitchen, living, dining, and plenty of open areas to relax. We were supplied with wood logs for the working fireplace in the house and enjoyed the gas fireplace in our bedroom. Outside a large fire pit kept us warm in the evening and blankets and s'mores were provided so we spent lots of time relaxing and met some new folks from other states. We were really impressed with Jersey's commitment to supporting the local community and his connections to local shop and restaurant owners was so rewarding! I highly recommend staying and Greenleaf Inn and will plan to return if I get the opportunity to travel to Maine again but will certainly share this experience with friends and family.
