I lost a room card and had to pay 750 pesos for it. I just can't understand it — is this key card made of gold?

Great hotel, great location. Pool,bar and restaurants are great in the hotel, clean, new rooms. Would be happy to stay again any time.

Everything around here felt so harmonious and beautiful. The breakfast variety could be improved.

I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple "last call" announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.

Breakfast was very nice, and the staff were very friendly! easy access to the white beach and the hotel swimming pools are very clean and well maintained.

A beautiful resort right beside the crystal clear waters of white Beach. The buffet breakfast was amazing everyday and the evening buffet was beyond amazing and great value. The staff were great I would highly recommend this place !

The hotel amenities were good and the property itself is nice. However, our experience was seriously affected by a very hassle and poorly handled check-in process. During check-in, the staff lost my driver’s license and initially did not take accountability. It was only after they investigated and realized it was their fault that the issue was acknowledged. Despite this, no compensation, apology gesture, or service recovery was provided. What made the situation worse is that we were travelling with a baby. The lobby was not air-conditioned, causing our baby to sweat excessively, and our baby already had allergies. Despite seeing this, the manager did not even offer to check us in first while they were looking for my license, nor did they show any sense of urgency or concern. The manager’s customer service was poor and the situation was handled unprofessionally. Overall, while the amenities are good, the lack of accountability, empathy, and proper customer service greatly impacted our stay.

Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa never disappoints! Stayed again this November as a returning guest, and it truly felt like coming home. The staff are consistently warm, courteous, and always ready to help. Rooms were spotless, the ambiance was relaxing, and everything was well-maintained. What made this stay extra special was the surprise birthday treats they prepared for me—such a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. Also, their seafood lunch buffet was superb, fresh and absolutely worth it. The location is very convenient too, perfect for enjoying Boracay while still having a peaceful place to rest. Always a smooth and comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back again! 💛🌊✨

The hotel has very good service including pick up. The pool and rooms are well maintained. Very easy access to beach. We enjoyed our vacation. Would be better if pool music DJ starts a bit later.

Best 5star hotel at a cheaper price.. All staff are nice and friendly..

The room pillows have a bad smell and we ask to change it but still smell bad. The facilities are nice and location is convenient. Theres a lot of F&B options in pool bar but we were disappointed in the breakfast buffet it has very minimum food choices and it takes time for them to refill the food displays and plates and glasses in the buffet are not washed well, I thought it was just one day but our whole stay (5d4n) i noticed that it was not cleaned well

Overall stay is good. Breakfast buffet is average. Food selections are not that good. Tapa and longganisa were very oily. I hope they offer better options.

the room is very spacious. i like their brekfast buffet so many options to choose compare to the previous hotel weve stayed. the place is beach front and very close to the center and very accesible to restaurants, dmall, coffess shops, etc. my sister and I, together with our kids enjoyed our stay.

Superb hotel, amenities and services. Worth every penny.
