Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay

Had a wonderful stay at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is convenient just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife areas. The breakfast selection was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for comfort and value in Boracay.

On the fifth day of our stay at Azalea Hotel, we were cooking with the induction cooker in the evening when it malfunctioned. It kept running at maximum heat, and we smelled burnt wiring, which made us quite nervous. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk. Technicians arrived quickly to inspect the equipment and replaced it with a brand-new one. We’re really grateful for the staff’s prompt help. It turned out to be a scare but everything ended well.

Facilities like pool at the rooftop is a good place to tambay with friends and enjoy the view of the island. You can see the beach and the mountains view from here. Services might be a little slow, you need maybe three follow ups. Or Just request in the morning, go out to the beach and im sure when you go back the service is done. Sont expect or wait in an hour or two because you will really have to wait. Foods they have Kuya J resto and they are near to SaceMore and Kaninderia for affordable meals. It is a clean and nice condo type of hotel.

Overall, it was a great stay for the budget, especially since the hotel residence offers a kitchenette where you can cook your own meals. The staff were super friendly, esp Mhaey, accommodating, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, right in the center of everything, with easy access to the beach, D’Mall, market, shops, restaurants, and spas. The beach is also just a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The only thing that could use improvement is the TV. It would be much better if they upgraded to Smart TVs, as the current ones feel outdated and the channel reception/screen quality is not that great.

It was just a few meters away from the beachfront. There's a Savemore supermarket nearby and a pasalubong outlet (bread and butter) just a few steps away. If you're looking for convenience, this is the hotel you should be looking at.

The service is good. Its facilities is good and its location is accessible to the beach. The staff is so friendly and its amenities is quite relaxing. The hotel is also near to save more which you can shop for your grocery needs.its lobby is so relaxing and it has a wide area. Its just on the main road on the way to the beach. And nearby e trike transpo terminal were standing by for passengers at 24 hrs.

10/10 in every aspect. near the beach and everywhere! from airport and ferry transfers down to the main accommodation, all employees were very helpful and kind, too. thank you so much! we enjoyed our stay :)

The place had a relaxing vibe, clean and well-maintained rooms, and staff who were genuinely warm and accommodating. Its location was super convenient—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to catch sunsets anytime. The amenities were great, especially the pool and cozy lounging areas that made it hard to leave. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay that I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Boracay.
