Easy access to white beach, the rooms are well maintain. Relaxing place

Big rooms, beachfront property. We had our daily breakfast served at the beachfront. It was such a treat! Loved everything we ordered from Los Indios. Enjoyed the music and happy hour. Staff were all friendly and attentive.

room was not like the online picture, the room was full of flies, (dead and alive); There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room (not just dampness), the room clearly hadn't been cleaned, the toilet seat was even broken and the walls and dishes were dirty. We asked at reception to be moved to a different room, but were told it wasn't possible without paying extra (we had already paid 7,000 PHP a night for this "room"). We had no choice but to sleep there one night, and the next day there were even more flies everywhere in the room so we left the hotel and were never reimbursed by either them or Agoda.

Average We checked in at 4pm but our room was not available yet. We were given a room after 20 minutes of waiting at the 3rd floor in a building that has no elevator, no view but only the roofs of the neighboring houses. I did not get this room on promo, mind you that's why I was expecting something better. Later that night, we requested a room downstairs when we saw that there are several rooms vacant on the ground floor. We transferred after being told that there is charge for the"upgrade". The upgraded room is bigger but has the same amenities as the one on rhe 3rd floor. The shower on the other hand had to be reset every time we used it because the heater stops heating whenever you turn it off and on. But we had to be wary of being electrocuted because there are electric wires around the water heater. Other than those problems the hotel is just average.
