Feliz Hotel Boracay Reviews

This is my second visit. I loved it so much after my visit in February that I decided to spend half of my current trip here. It's incredibly convenient being inside D'Mall, and while you might expect it to be noisy being in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet at night. The rooftop pool, though not large, offers an amazing view, making swimming there while watching the sunset a real treat. Plus, the shower pressure is excellent, which I really appreciate. All the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. There are no bugs in the room either.

Location is really good! Right in the middle of D’Mall! The staffs are very kind and friendly and the hotel and amenities are superb! We enjoyed and will stay again there for sure! 🫶🏼💕

This hotel has a beautiful, stylish Nanyang-inspired design throughout, and the rooms are really stunning. Unfortunately, my friend and I both came down with acute gastroenteritis and wanted to check in an hour early. The front desk flat-out told us it was 'impossible' to check in early, no matter the circumstances or problems we were facing. That word choice made us feel very uncomfortable. The breakfast was just average.

This was our second stay here, and we loved it just as much as the first! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and everything made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. It’s always a pleasure staying here, and we look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very attentive and quick to respond to our requests, which made the experience even better. The massage was also amazing and very relaxing. Plus, the breakfast buffet was so good with lots of yummy choices. Highly recommended!

excellent location in the centre of Boracay 2 mins from the beach, hotel is immaculate and staff welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, roof top pool and bar with games available in the evening to play whilst watching the amazing sunset. breakfast was plentiful, seating both indoors and outside, restaurant in the courtyard sells excellent food and cocktails. would thoroughly recommend this hotel if staying in Boracay

From welcoming guests the way they greeted it’s fulfilling as they will make you feel you are really welcome and very accommodating. They will serve you a refreshing drink from your arrival. The front desk team are so easy to communicate. The facilities are clean. Location is really superb.

This is a wonderful hotel, exactly as described, and the photos are completely accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your vacation. Any issues that arose were resolved in minutes. You can tell they truly value their reputation. Just a heads-up: payment at the hotel is cash-only. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, beyond words. It's right in the heart of all the entertainment and leisure spots, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea. I do want to mention one significant drawback: there was a lot of noise from equipment operating near our room, which was quite unpleasant. You do get used to it over time and eventually tune it out, but it might be an important consideration for some. In the last few days of our stay, the hot water started to disappear, becoming only lukewarm, and this issue couldn't be resolved. Also, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working completely on our last night (Friday to Saturday) without any explanation, so we had to use mobile internet until check-out. For us, the breakfasts were a notable downside – the selection of dishes was extremely limited. Coffee was only served from a pot (likely instant), and coffee from the machine was an extra charge. However, after I brought this up, the issue with the coffee machine was resolved. For the next six breakfasts, they made complimentary machine coffee for my partner and me. Special thanks to the entire hotel team and for the lovely daily notes in our room that brightened our mood and made our vacation even more enjoyable!

The hotel is super! It's right next to the beach and all the popular restaurants and shops. The staff are so lovely. I absolutely adored the interior design style!

The hotel is right next to D'Mall, so there are tons of restaurants and shops. It's also very close to the beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, there's an amazing infinity pool on the rooftop, and the staff even go the extra mile to let you sing [karaoke/have a good time]. Overall, it's a great place, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Good hotel! However, the breakfasts aren't really geared towards Europeans. They're more Asian-style options. Be careful with the omelets from the buffet; we got food poisoning. Otherwise, the hotel and staff are lovely.

Vienne the concierge driver, was very helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is right in the middle of the d-mall. The room was very large nicely decorated the only problem that we didn’t have a balcony so drying our clothes was a bit of an issue. The breakfast was also nice. Generally, the hotel has a very nice atmosphere.

I really liked the hotel, I recommend it. The location is excellent, and the rooms are fresh and nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the waiters at the downstairs cafe didn't come over. Other than that, everything was great, we'll definitely be back.
