Excellent location including a Japanese restaurant. Outdated rooms.

The hotel is in a great location—away from the noise, but still has delicious dinner options—either in the same hotel or in the neighboring one. The view from the hotel cafe, directly overlooking the palm trees and the sea, is the best thing about the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and filling; I can't understand why anyone couldn't get enough—and I love food. We even had dinner at the hotel once—it was delicious and inexpensive. The staff was friendly and always asked if we needed anything. The rooms are tired and in need of renovation, but the price would be different then. Water would collect on the balcony floor, making it impossible to use. We only used it to dry clothes—it has a convenient drying rack with hangers. There's a safe. They asked for room cleaning and towel changes as needed—which is even more convenient for me.

We have stayed at this hotel three times already, this was the fourth and last! There was something to compare with. They gave us an uninhabited room. The one shown in the photos was a clever deception! The air conditioner had not been cleaned for many, many years! It stank of mold when turned on. Bottled water and everything in the refrigerator is only available for a fee.   When leaving, they "didn't skimp" and charged money for water, at the same price as at the airport! We left 4 liters out of a 10-liter canister. Greedy for money, just a nightmare! Not a penny off the register! The breakfasts are the same. The massage is disgusting! The massage room stank of mold and the sheets are not changed - at all! Everything has gone bad! Sloppy! The leaves are not removed from the trees! In general, the hotel has become like a big barn! The restaurant is the same, and we liked it!
