Eurotel Boracay

The place is good, it is strategically located in station 2. Hotel staff were also accommodating and hospitable. However, during our stay, the room has so many small cockroaches. We avail their service to clean our room on our 2nd day of stay but there are still cockroaches in the room and goes all the way to the table and bed.

Yes.we enjoyed the whole stay. The room service was also nice and the place is near by the beach.

We love the place and the location since its near the beach and D’mall. Rooms has enough space. We’re happy and enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The location was good, near the center of Boracay island. I have a problem in my 1st room as there are a lot of small cockroaches. I asked at 7am, and the reception was so kind that as of the moment there was no vacant room. I understand, 3 pm I follow up on my request but still no clean room. I wonder how few people are cleaning the room. Check out was 12noon and yet no clean room. I waited until the 3rd follow up reception advice that I will transfer to the 5th floor, but changed to the 3rd floor. I'm relieved that I can now sleep peacefully; however, when I checked the new room assignment, the smell of the restroom was awful. I don't know if it's clean or not. Btw the 1st room that I stayed in was the bathroom and smelled good, but not totally clean. I saw a bottle of shampoo and conditioner opened and used soap above the shower... Back to the awful smell in my 2nd room, I asked one of the employees to go with me and check what was wrong, when she entered the Restroom, I asked her, do you think there is something wrong?? Do you think this is the right smell of the new clean room?? She said sorry and she asked to clean it again. After an 30 mins the cleaner do the job and for a moment it smells good but afterwards the the smell came back. I'm to tired to request a new room. If you are expecting more about this hotel, please don't. I was deeply disappointed on the cleanliness of the hotel, plates was left outside the room for almost 12hrs no one dares touching it. I think value for money is okay, I don't expect a 4star to 5star experience but hopefully they can do better. Hopefully they'll guest can stay a decent stay for the value of the money.

I Actually have a video of the Aircon in our room 217 we booked and stay for 6 days and 5 nights in Eurotel August 1-6, 2026. At first night we still observe and wait need to be patient since its our first night the aircon itself isn’t work its like a personal fan no cold and very noisy like a machine in the factory we noticed every day that we wokeup with sweats because of its hot inside. We already reported it many times but there is no improvement and doesn’t change the status of it. We used to be outside stay in the seashore till dawn because it is better and good than staying in the hotel we have no other choice because we have paid already the room and we didn’t also transfer to other vacant or available room that has a good Air conditioned. It was a bad experience for our first time visited Boracay. We don’t feel the comfortable bed and stay for us to rest and sleep. 😭😭😭😢😢😢

Affordable and very close to Boracay beach. Highly recommended, you can avail buffet breakfast for just 350/pax
