Easy access to the city centre via tram/bus or even walking. Spacious room and great entertainment at the lobby.

The hotel has a convenient, central location and offers a generous breakfast spread each morning. However, the gym facilities are quite basic and do not include a treadmill. Additionally, drinking water must be fetched from Level 1, which may be inconvenient for some guests. It has a restaurant inside which gives you a lot of options if you don't want to walk. Overall, a good stay if you value location and breakfast, but the fitness amenities are limited.

Room is sizable, staff is friendly, close to the Palais de Justice tram stop, there are two supermarkets nearby so can buy any fruits and food you need.

Few bus stops away from Bordeaux Station. Service was excellent and very prompt. Room was huge and clean with speakers as well

Hotel is normal

Novotel Hotel is not far from Bordeaux City Hall and Cathedral. There is a large indoor parking lot next to the hotel, from which you can walk directly to the hotel; there are signs. The hotel lobby has a restaurant, which is quite nice; we had dinner there. There is a small supermarket a short distance away. The family rooms are nice. The breakfast is good.

The location is OK, the office is modern! The breakfast is very good, free water is provided after entering the door! Only the Wi-Fi is a bit troublesome and needs to scan the code, everything else is very good

The room was clean and tidy, but a bit old; the carpet had stains. Double rooms had coffee machines, but single rooms did not. It's located near the city hall, so transportation is convenient. The staff were very polite.

The hotel is located in the center of Bordeaux, 5 minutes walk to the old town. Good breakfasts (you can sit on the terrace). I especially liked the cheese, there were 4 different types. Not a big minus. There was no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the main attractions, there is parking in the neighboring building. There are no slippers in the room.

Great stay, I highly recommend this hotel which is very close to transport and the city center.
