Hôtel is located very close by the tramway terminus. The parking is big and closed As for the hotel, the rooms are nice and comfortable The restaurant offers a big and diverse buffet The gym is small and you have to ask reception for the key to use it Overall, nice hotel for a 2-3 days stay

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

Lovely stay at hotel. Location was ideal for travelling by tram. Lovely pool and sun loungers. Like the extra touches by the hotel. Fresh beach towels provided for swimming, water dispenser. Room was nice and cleaned daily. Great value hotel. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice and restocked frequently.

They were AMAZING really! I’m driving from Spain to UK and this stop helped us to recover from fatigue and start afresh! The staff attention and care is what really deserves 5 stars. We’ll repeat!

Great breakfast, warm welcome, clean and well-soundproofed room. However, the pool we'd hoped for wasn't functional, there wasn't enough toilet paper for four people, no air conditioning (or was it non-functional?), and the shower drain was very limited, resulting in a minor flood...

The hotel is by the Bordeaux Lake, with direct access by light rail. As it is far from the city, the convenience is average. Next door is the conference center, which is probably quite popular when there is a conference. I stayed here when I came to Bordeaux to run the Medoc Red Wine Marathon (the starting point of the marathon shuttle bus), so during the marathon, the prices here and the Pullman opposite increased and were very popular. The hotel itself is very old and there is no experience to speak of. It is probably equivalent to the level of the domestic Hanting chain. The breakfast is not rich, and there are few restaurants around. If you are just visiting Bordeaux, it is not recommended to stay here.

It is very clean and the restaurant is of a high standard. I was surprised that you need a password to enter and exit the hotel, which was inconvenient at first, but it can also be said that security is high.

The location is very good. There is a small lake next to the hotel, IKEA, supermarkets, shopping districts, restaurants, and the facilities are very good. The room size is good and the supporting facilities are complete. The service standard of the chain hotel and the standard of the buffet breakfast are relatively guaranteed. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot, and guests can park for free. It is a 10-minute drive from the center of Bordeaux, which is worth recommending.
