Ténéo Apparthotel Bordeaux - Gare Saint Jean Reviews

Had a lovely one-night stay here, had great views outside the window and it was clean and comfortable.

The place is decent, with everything within easy reach. I particularly liked its proximity to the train station, but the noisy street was a drawback. The windows don't have screens, so opening them for air means inviting mosquitos. Overall, everything was great; the linen was clean, the bed comfortable, and there was tableware, a fridge, and a stove. The location is convenient.

There was no air conditioner in the room, was quite hot inside even during the night. The room itself and location was okay

Great location and amenities for price. Also very tidy and clean.

It is very decent and good space with equipped kitchen, heater and closet. The location is close to train station. Would recommend it!

The apparthotel is a great place to stay. Close to many places for site seeing and shopping. The room was clean and spacious. In case of late arrival the property provides details how to get in and you can complete the check in procedure the next day.

We arrived outside of the check in hours. Therefore, the concierge put the keys in a safe, it wasn’t hard to find nor to open. The room is relatively big and well-equipped. However, a big no for me was that I found blood on the shower room and the toilet’s door. It was disgusting and disbelieving.

Basic but adequate room. Very clean with comfortable bed. Loved it.

Perfect for exploring the city! It's very close to the Capuchin Market. Just a short walk further takes you to the city center. The service was very good, and the room was comfortable.

Counter opened for limited hours only, no hair dryer in room and can't ask counter when we came back,. No air conditioning but only electric fan. Bordeaux is really hot these days. No ventilation and stuffy at corridor. Need to take rubbish bags ourselves to the bins on the street, that is the first time I experienced this. No change of towels even for four nights, charge €5 each if need to change.

Relax and nice stay

Suitable for a 2-3 day stay, but no longer. It's a very basic hotel.

It was just okay. The room was a bit small, but the location was good.

Great location and spacious. Good value for money.
