Hello I had a really pitiful stay I explain to you, I arrived at 2 p.m. I got my room at 3:30 p.m. they got the wrong room and all the other rooms were not clean. They then gave us a dust filled room with dirty sheets.
I had to complain to get a commercial gesture. To my surprise I was taken downstairs to speak with the manager. After more than 30 minutes of waiting he deigns to go out and then he prefers to talk to another person so I decide to go back to my room.
Where he will come to offer me two free breakfasts or 15% off I accepted the 15% off. To my surprise today five days later I never received the 15% so he lied to me. I find it really pitiful neglect of people and especially lying. I still thank the hostess with her colleagues who tried to do the best, frankly the boss has no sense of relationship.
