This is a lovely small hotel a short walk from S.Woodford tube station in E.London. I have stayed here on a number of occasions and it has always been spotlessly clean with a nicely furnished room. Access is via a key pick up system and this has always worked well, with the proprietors being very responsive to my needs and arrival times.

Property easy to find and simple to access - we arrived late so keys left in safe box. Close to tube.great communication - texts received in good time. Rooms were functional and reasonably priced. Apparently we got an upgrade - 2 rooms opposed to the big loft. Our sleep was disturbed by noisy neighbours but i suppose this comes with the territory!

Beautiful room very comfortable & tastefully decorated. Tv , fridge & microwave. Great shower that doesn’t steam up the bathroom. Sandy the owner is lovely & very friendly & helpful. Will use this property again & recommend
