I am a very frequent traveller on business, and luxury travel. This hotel is quaint, the rooms tasteful and basic. But that isn’t the point. It’s the luxury hotel of the area, close to everything- it the real key is that the service at this hotel is unbelievable! If I could give 6 stars I would. Daniele is simply amazing. Drove us to the ski area every day, picked us up at the drop of a hat. Friendly smiley, and simply superb. I would recommend so highly I felt obliged to make my first review. Thanks so much for an amazing trip for my and my little girl.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel usufruendo di una Wonderbox. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, non eravamo mai stati in queste zone ed è stata l occasione per scoprirle vista l ubicazione che permette di raggiungere facilmente varie località, ma anche Borno e un paesino molto carino e caratteristico. La camera spaziosa forse avrebbe bisogno di un accortezza in più nelle pulizie in quanto ce parecchia polvere in giro ma per una notte va più che bene. Abbiamo anche cenato e tutte le pietanze erano deliziose. Menzione speciale per il signore alla reception che si occupa interamente di tutte le attività all interno dal check in al servizio ai tavoli mantenendo simpatia e cordialità. Grazie a presto!

Bravi hotel in centro, personale accogliente, camere accessoriate e pulite. Abbiamo cenato tutto molto buono dal tagliere ai pizzoccheri al risotto. Colazione ok con qualche accortezza in più sarebbe perfetta (formaggio e non sottiletta, marmellate migliori, succhi freschi). Nonostante la colazione che come ho detto nel complesso è buona lo consiglio. Parcheggio in hotel.

Albergo molto ben tenuto, ottima ospitalità, parcheggio disponibile, cibo ottimo sia a cena che a colazione, a soli 7 minuti dalle piste, pulizia ottima, stanza con riscaldamento molto funzionante, pulizie frequenti. Esperienza fantastica

Una bella struttura, bellissimi il ristorante e la sala colazione, l’esterno purtroppo è il parcheggio e potrete trovare su ogni tavolino posacenere con decine e decine di mozziconi. Il personale o meglio “la persona” gentilissimo. Ho visto sempre e solo questo signore e un cameriere a colazione, mai nessuno a rassettare o pulire… Se vi piace la neve potrete provare lo stesso effetto, vi basterà passare un dito sopra una qualsiasi superficie della vostra camera per vedere la polvere scendere come se nevicasse. Dopo la prima notte trascorsa al Venturelli, tornati in camera verso sera abbiamo trovato il letto rifatto tipo ciccia solo alzando le coperte sommariamente. Devo dire che appena fatto notare, qualcuno ha provveduto a rifarlo in maniera quasi accettabile. Insomma non mi sento proprio di consigliarlo. Non c’è la siamo sentiti di provare il ristorante e magari ci siamo persi qualcosa di buono, fatemi sapere con le vostre recensioni.

Ho soggiornato in questa bella struttura e sono rimasta delusa dalla decadenza: sporco e poco curato. Ero già stata anni fa con amici, per un soggiorno all'inizio dell'autunno e le 4 stelle dell'hotel erano certamente consone: buffet colazione con torte e biscotti fatti in casa, frigo bar fornito di tutto, bagno pulito e con gli oli per la doccia multifunzione, ciabatte per la camera. Questa volta sempre 4 stelle e prezzo da 4 stelle: colazione con prodotti di scarsa qualità e perfino la crostata industriale, bagno pieno di ragnatele e idromassaggio intasato dal calcare, nessun confort di quelli trovati alla visita precedente. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante: tovaglioli sfilacciati e sporchi come la tovaglia che aveva addirittura macchie di sangue (allego foto). Piatti mangiabili ma non adeguati al prezzo delle 4 stelle. Note positive: il personale simpatico e accogliente e l'ottima posizione proprio in centro a Borno.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla per un week end sulle vicine piste da sci. Stanza ampia, bagno comodo, personale hotel molto gentile e presente. Ci hanno concesso la camera già in mattinata senza supplementi. Abbiamo utilizzato gratuitamente il parcheggio auto interno. Costo ragionevole, hotel assolutamente raccomandato.
