Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Proximity to local services and transport into central Boston was great. Some initial confusion re the precise location of the property was quite challenging when navigating data in another country. Nevertheless, the overall experience was very good. Thank you.

I booked for myself but my family member decided to join last minute so I was looking for options to add a guest/cancel and rebook. I received an email at 4am before the check in day from the host stating the booking can be cancelled and refunded if responded within hours, to which I requested for cancellation and refund immediately that got both ignored and was not able to get refund even after messaging the host. The worst part is the host responding and accepted at first for refund but decided to ghost. The host dragged out the time to ensure refund was not available as well as declining refund after another request for cancellation and after our text exchange as below. I do not recommend such untrustworthy place/host for any future travellers. Me and my family hope for karma to return to those who aren’t pure in their actions in our society.

It is a 5-minute walk from the Red Line subway Andrew station, with convenient transportation, very clean and comfortable, providing drinks and fruits, and the boss is a foreigner and very friendly. It’s will be my first choice next time.

The room was nice, and the check-in instructions were very detailed. However, the temperature was a bit low, and most importantly, there was a chemical smell from a recent renovation, which was very uncomfortable. I hope to let the smell dissipate before opening it to the public.

Good accommodation, close to the mall, can walk there, but the stairs are very high. If you want to stay here, I recommend it. It's convenient to carry your luggage up and down.
