I had a great stay at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza. The hotel was clean, the staff provided excellent service, and the location was perfect for exploring Boston. Everything I wanted to see was within easy reach. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is super convenient, right in downtown Boston. The environment is lovely, and I was really happy with the room's decor, size, and facilities. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the lobby, were all very friendly, and the housekeeping team did a thorough job. I highly recommend staying here!

The environment was so-so, but it's in the city center, about a 10-minute walk from the train station we needed to get to, which was pretty convenient. The transportation was good, and there's a beautiful park right outside. The surrounding restaurants, including Western ones, were excellent, though quite crowded – packed with people, probably because they offer great value for money. The price was around 2400, which is actually quite expensive, but it felt pretty safe.

The environment and hygiene are top-notch and feel very premium! My flight was delayed on the day of arrival, causing me to check in at 1 AM. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful in their service! The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and the food at Quincy Market is absolutely delicious!

Stayed at Hilton Boston Park Plaza during our Boston trip and really enjoyed the excellent location — very convenient to Boston Common, Public Garden, Quincy Market, and many restaurants. The hotel has a beautiful historic charm while still feeling modern and comfortable. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great choice for tourists visiting Boston!

Very close to the subway, making travel super convenient. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the park. The room was also very quiet, and the breakfast was delicious! It's an old house in the old town, and overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Overall satisfaction. There is room for improvement in sound insulation.

The room is a bit small. Small toilet also.. but nice bar and great gym. The service of bartender is so great and lynx gym is absolutely 💯

Beautiful historic. Amazing nice vibe location minute’s walk from metro station. Fab quality BF judging from the blueberry pancakes.Usually I judge hotel for not being clean enough. This one is perhaps too clean with strong smell of bleach.

great location, nice room. we have stayed during the New Year night, they had party which made the busy of Lifts traffic without notice the hotel guest.

We had numerous issues on arrival, check in was v slow. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up and had to ask 3 more times - 4 different members of staff and in the end had to speak to manager. Another guests eye drop bottle was under the bed and the toilet was dirty. We had asked earlier about moving rooms & was told none were available !! Suddenly the manager found a room and so we were moved !!!! When the sofa bed was made up there was only about 30cm to squeeze past it to exit the roof - very risky if we needed to exit the room in an emergency. There was definite communication issues between front of house and house keeping.

The room is very old and small. There were small flies coming out of the bathroom drain. The bathroom is so small that the door will always stay ajar for you to walk into the shower.

The room overall was pretty good, but the bathroom was tiny. The shower had very low water pressure, and the shower space was so small it was difficult to turn around. However, the hotel service was excellent.
