Room was not clean that I found a pair of dirty socks on the floor. Bathtub drain was stuck always.  Billing was always a mess that it took a number of back and forth to get it right. But the breakfast was great, and the waiters are very responsive and professional.

Amazing. We were in the city for a show at the Wang Theater and the location was perfect (2 min walk). As far as Boston hotels go, the price was not crazy for a king room and the room was beautiful. Nice bathroom, nice mini fridge selection, super comfy bed and we were nice so they tried to get us the best king room available and we were placed on the 12th floor with city views.....perfect and the staff was so kind and fast to help. If you're looking for dinner close by, I recommend Ostra as well. Food was beyond delicious and again within a 2 min walk.

I am very satisfied with this comfortable clean hotel and a very good place

It was so bad that I changed three rooms in one night. The air conditioner in the first room was broken, the second room was for disabled people, and the faucet in the third room was broken. Not to mention the long wait for changing rooms, no one helped to move the luggage. It was so bad! The key point is that the hotel does not have parking, only valet parking, which costs $72 a night💲!!! The staff at the hotel entrance went on strike, beating drums and gongs all night! Bad review, bad review, bad review!!!

The room cleanliness is not enough, but the staff's service attitude is pretty good. 

The room is not big but it is clean. It is located in the center of Boston and is easy to find. Check in and check out are fast. The room is not big and the soundproofing is not good. The toilet is big

The breakfast is very rich, the service is very good, very attentive and meticulous. The head waiter Saka is particularly attentive and meticulous in the restaurant! Encourage improvement of English and timely help with various consultations! The guy at the front desk, Cory, was even more enthusiastic and thoughtful in helping us take taxis🚖 and provide various consultations!
