This hotel was pretty good. The staff were kind. They let me know this is a new hotel, so they are still working out some kinks. There was some difficulty with check-in due to their computer system. Besides that, there were no issues. The heat worked well, which was a relief. There is no youtube or netflix on the tv, which I was not used to, but there was cable so we did watch some tv.

First and foremost, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to the Green Line subway, while the Orange Line requires a bit of a walk, but you can easily reach it by going through the shopping mall. So, you won't feel cold in winter. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, coffee, and tea in the morning, which should be sufficient for your needs.

The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The downside was that they were doing renovations, and at 7:30 am there were already banging noises that made it impossible to sleep. The location: very far from the main attractions of the city.

Lots of noise, and bugs on the bed. Or at least i had an infestation after i left. Would not recommend.
