This Westin was a pleasant surprise on our trip. Boston's prices are high, especially on weekends, so most hotels were expensive. We settled on the Westin after weighing our options. Once we arrived, we found the location to be excellent, right on Copley Square, directly opposite the library and Trinity Church. It's just a few minutes' walk to the start of the Freedom Trail, and convenient for getting to the beautiful shopping streets and Chinatown. The room was spacious, simply furnished, and clean. The hotel restaurant also had good food, and the staff were very enthusiastic. When we checked out, they even called my daughter by her name to say goodbye. Highly recommended!

Great location! There's a public library downstairs, a large Star supermarket right across the street, and the metro station isn't far either.

The room isn't huge, but with two 150cm beds, it's manageable for a family with kids if you don't mind snuggling. The mattress was incredibly soft; surprisingly, I usually get back pain at home but slept on this soft bed for three nights with no issues. There's a Starbucks drip coffee maker in the room, and another Starbucks next to the front desk on the second floor. Bar10, also on the second floor, serves good food. The hotel connects to two malls, which is fantastic in the cold winter as you don't have to go outside to find food. The cleanliness was impeccable, it looked like it had just been renovated. The shower had both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option; even though it was in a tub, the water pressure was excellent. Facing north, we had an unobstructed view of the river and MIT across the way. Boston truly is a beautiful city, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Copley Place, Boston. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with two queen beds and it was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to access shopping and key attractions. We also enjoyed Bar10, which serves good food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The room overall was good, and the location is excellent. It's connected to a mall via a skybridge, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. The staff service was also great. However, American hotels generally don't provide toiletries or slippers, so remember to bring your own.

This is a great hotel, located right across the river from MIT. It's directly connected to the train station, subway, and a shopping center via skywalks and underground passages. The excellent facilities and convenient transportation make it perfect for all kinds of needs when visiting Boston, whether you're traveling for business, relaxing in libraries, visiting famous universities, enjoying seafood at the market, or strolling along the Freedom Trail.

Not bad, but it felt a bit unsafe. You can access the elevator without needing a key card.

Very tired hotel in an excellent location. We booked a corner suite for our family, but were disappointed to find that several basic amenities were missing upon arrival, including hand soap, lotion, and slippers — items that would normally be expected at a standard 5-star hotel. Cleanliness was also inconsistent throughout the stay. Considering the high room rates, the overall experience did not feel like good value for money. Another frustrating issue involved the destination fee credits. We were informed at check-in that the daily credits could be used toward room service and other charges. However, upon checkout, we were unexpectedly billed for items that should have been covered by those credits. Although I had prepaid the room and associated charges in advance, the hotel still placed the usual deposit hold on my credit card. At checkout, staff initially told us everything was settled correctly. Fortunately, based on a previous experience at another hotel in NYC, I requested a copy of the final bill to verify that the deposit would be refunded correctly. That was when I discovered the incorrect room service charges. The matter was eventually resolved after some discussion, but I would strongly recommend that guests carefully review their final bill before leaving the hotel.

The hotel is right next to the Boston Public Library, making it super convenient for getting around. The facilities are great, and they're pretty quick to respond to guest feedback. For a hotel in the US, it's definitely a good choice.

The location is fantastic! After taking the Silver Line from the airport, I was able to transfer to the subway for free and get right here. Trinity Church and the Public Library are just across the street. Most attractions are practically within walking distance.
