Fairmont Copley Plaza Boston

No one to open doors which would be fine if not so heavy. Beautiful hotel with stunning reception/ lounge area

Excellent hotel, great location, very clean, the team were very friendly and helpful. We were 5 adults and the room was spacious.  The only thing that I was missing is a laundry room for self use. I will definitely recommend the hotel and will be happy to come back.

It’s an old property and my assumption is that there are two wings and we were sent to old wing. Only one of the three elevators worked during 3 nights when we stayed there and there was no one trying to fix the elevators as well. Even the elevator which was working was not in a good condition. The staff was so so, not something which I would expect from Fairmont. Having stayed in Fairmont few times before, this was the worse experience of all times

The hotel is historical. Maybe perhaps it’s old, the hotel key cards did not work at the elevator and the room.

Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.
