The facilities are complete, the bed is comfortable, and the service is good

The whole place is old, hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom, not cleaned at all. I told the front desk about valet parking but it was no use, until I got impatient and called again, no one responded. I called for car and luggage service at 11:15, and called again at 11:30, and someone came up to pick up the luggage, and then the luggage service notified me to pick up the car, and I left the hotel at 11:45... I think the Ritz brand is basically finished.

The room is very old. There is no beverage in the refrigerator. The hotel staff has a very bad attitude. The overall experience is very, very bad. It is not a five-star hotel at all. The elevator is also broken.
