The hotel's location is excellent, and the breakfast is great too. Even though breakfast was included in my booking, I had to pay extra for the gratuity. It's an à la carte breakfast, but the variety was quite rich. Overall, the food quality was good, and it tasted delicious!

The best & artistic hotel in Boston downtown!

Location is perfect especially if you want to hang in Quincy Market and walk around the freedom trail. And near Boston Public Market

I called the reception from my room to request a kettle and to ask about a few other matters. I tried calling several times, but no one answered. When someone finally picked up, I explained my request, and they assured me the kettle would be sent up. However, I waited for two hours and nothing arrived. I kept trying to call again, but the phone either went unanswered or they hung up on me. In the end, I had to go down to the reception in person to collect the kettle and a disposable toothbrush myself. The service at the front desk was extremely poor.

The hotel is conveniently located near North End and Faneuil Hall. It is walking distance to many places in Boston. The hotel has a modern and chic ambiance.

Location near Quincy market. Room clean. Breakfast selection limited.

It is so great that it is close to Quincy Market. The room was clean, and it was the best place we stayed. If we come back to Boston, I would like to visit again.

The hotel is new, with excellent and modern facilities; I would stay here again next time I'm in Boston. It's located in downtown Boston, close to several famous restaurants and Quincy Market, making it convenient to get around.

A classic example of trying to achieve a "light luxury" look but failing miserably. Geographically, the location is excellent, very close to the river with beautiful scenery. The breakfast is also delicious, and the restaurant windows offer stunning views – all pluses. However, the room's decor and other aspects are very disappointing. For example, upon entering, I noticed many spots on the table, clearly indicating a quality issue with the furniture. I'm unsure if it's peeling paint or air bubbles in the wood layer that weren't properly removed. Many other areas also attempt a "light luxury" look, including the wallpaper and clothes racks, but the execution is poor, feeling very ordinary and cheaply chosen. It's slightly different from the pictures. While the place might look photogenic, the actual experience isn't as appealing or beautiful as it seems. Personally, I don't think it's worth the price.

Next door is Gorden Ramsay's restaurant and Quincy Market, which is very convenient and has a lot of delicious food! The Freedom Trail is not far away and can be reached on foot (20 minutes).

The hotel service is very good, the front desk is very friendly and enthusiastic, the street view is very beautiful, close to the market, food and accommodation are very convenient, I will stay here next time.
