It's a good hotel. The room is very clean and it even has a refrigerator. The view from the window is also nice, and breakfast is included, which is a plus.

Right in the middle of dusty Boten with all the eateries nearby, most of the restaurants serve Chinese foods. The room is spacious but the hot water pressure is a little low, with the room rates, it is definitely valued for money. Another plus point is the free shuttle to the border.

The environment was nice, but the hotel's hot springs weren't open at all. I guess there weren't enough people, so they couldn't operate it anymore.

Breakfast is terrible. Wifi speed is very slow. TV unable to connect to wifi due to the slow internet speed so partically the TV is as good as no TV inside the hotel.
