Nice locations to be remotely away from the sound and noice of paris city center, yet in the vicinity of main city saint Germain en laye,Rueil malmaison etc. Services and commodity do not match the true value of a double three by Hilton 4 stars...the property needs more renovation to reach the 4 stars...however the 4 starts are obtain through the head work of all the staffs I came across to...whom did their job with passion and quality. Thumb up particulary to the house keeper the lady from Ghana, likewise breakfast staffs Karim all his colleagues and the morning chefs..thanks to their amazing work and services, krep it up and thank you so so much all of you for your professionalism; May God himself reward you with his graces and favours.

Just changed name, no more Holiday Inn. Old hotel, needs reconstruction.

Catering absolutely not up to the “standard” of the hotel. Long wait to be served at the restaurant. Staff generally not really up to standard, apart from the restaurant manager who is very friendly and accommodating. Coffee machines and hot water for breakfast broken, long wait, frozen bread on Sunday morning, absolutely scandalous for a price of more than €20. No bill in French, almost 10 minutes of waiting to collect the room cards, with 3 people waiting in line it's 30 minutes of waiting... Is this worthy of the rates you offer and the image you convey? Very beautiful room, comfortable and very clean despite everything.

We went for 5 nights. And the AC did not work. We had to change rooms but we were in the middle of a heatwave. Very very disappointing. However, what is worse I wanted to talk to a manager as we spent 90,000 Hilton points as well. No manager called me and then after departure I emailed 3 times for the email of a manager but nothing. The people were nice but no solution. Would never stay again.

Very average hotel, parking was a pain but it was secure. Our keys kept disabling over our two nights meaning we kept getting locked out of our rooms. On the day of leaving, when showering and packing, the cleaner walked in and was very cross that we are still in the room, even though this was early in the morning and before check out time. She rolled her eyes and had to be practically told to leave the room. Not a great experience.

Hotel is calm, nice and big, i want to thank reception team, Joelle and nicolas for the hospitality, the room and breakfast is amazing. Defense recommended for families. There’s activities to do as well the restaurant is big and the gym has everything that you need

I was robbed in my hotel room 500 euros، 2 days later another family from India were robbed too , when this happens to both of us in 2 days there should be aboslute attitude from the hotel headresponsibles which i didn't found unfortunately. The housekeeper was the only one entered my room as evidenced by camera and still the problem was not solved and my money flew away
