Artists Downtown Garden Haven - Walk to Pearl Street Mall and Hiking

Great location for a trip to Boulder This downstairs apartment has an excellent location! We were within walking distance of great trails, Pearl Street, and parking was very easy! A few downsides is that you can really hear the people upstairs walking around, which started early in the morning and went late. The rugs could also use some cleaning or replacement. Overall, our stay was good for a long weekend in Boulder.

Cute apartment with relaxing backyard retreat. This apartment was very cute. The kitchen was adorable, and the backyard was lovely. We were looking forward to enjoying coffee out on the back patio in the mornings, but there was not a coffee pot in the kitchen for our stay. If that’s important to you, you may want to confirm that they have one in there before your stay. The slats under the bed mattress moved, and made the bed feel not very sturdy. The apartment overall was very dark if you are someone who needs a lot of natural light. Even the lighting in the apartment was very dim. The bedrooms did not feel very homey/comfortable, more of a sterile vibe. The heated floors were wonderful in those chilly mornings. There is a private parking space large enough for one car.
