St Julien Hotel and Spa

The St. Julien Hotel is located in an ideal spot. Our room was excellent and the birthday recognition gifts much appreciated. Breakfast was quite good as was the Jill's Restaurant where we enjoyed our first night's dinner. The bar was quite well stocked especially with scotch which I enjoy. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Appreciated the tour of the "hotel infrastructure." Fortunately, we left as the Parents Weekend crowd was arriving. They quickly turned the public rooms into a very loud and noisy place. Good timing on our part. Highly recommended.

Love this hotel. We’ve stayed here twice so far and will definitely return. Perfect location, spacious rooms, good service by all staff, good and prompt room service. The lobby tends to get loud but the rooms further away from it are quiet so we were not affected. The bathroom could use some more vanity space but I’m splitting hairs now. :)

comfortable beds, beautiful views, tasty healthy catering options, turndown service. the only downside i saw is that you can't get loyalty points w the major brands.

More of a DIY hotel. Bell boys look high and don’t greet you or help with bags. Have to ask other people where thing are. Called the front desk asking for something, they told me to call another person instead of connecting me. Beds were comfy, location is good. Just don’t expect 5 star service for the price you pay.

We paid an exorbitant amount of money to stay here and didn't see the value in it. As an I Prefer member, we should have received extra benefits but it was never mentioned to us.

We travel a lot and usually stay at nice hotels, but our recent stay at the St. Julien in Boulder was truly exceptional. The location is hard to beat and the overall feel of the hotel is spot on. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and had some of the best bedding we’ve experienced. Even the toiletries were a nice surprise. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with food that was beautifully prepared and service to match. What set the St. Julien apart most, though, was the staff. Every person we interacted with — from the reception desk to the restaurant team — was friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It gave the hotel a warmth that’s rare even in luxury properties. We’ll definitely be back on future trips to Boulder. The St. Julien has earned a spot as our go-to hotel in town.
