what to say about this gem of a hotel in this gem of a city ? Clerks (and even the manager) were available, kind, smiling and constantly delivering advice and anecdotes about the city's History. They made me feel like the owner of the place :) , something I never felt in a hotel before. The room was impeccable, the hotel itself is gorgeous, with a beautiful garden and numerous paintings everywhere from artists who fell in love with the city decades ago. It's a place one leaves with warm memories (and some tears). I hope I'll be lucky enough to visit again.

I stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are generally decent and clean. However, don't be surprised if upon your arrival you learn that your reservation had been cancelled because some higher authority (let's say the Deutsh consulate) called the night before and wanted all the available rooms. It happened to me and that was their remorseless explanation!

Apart from the place and the setting which is the work of a French architect obviously without forgetting the kindness of the staff, the hotel is far from being up to standard starting with the air conditioning which does not work in the rooms since it is August with these 40 degrees so sleepless night be careful the problem has persisted for 2 years and we have done nothing to remedy the breakfast has been the same for 10 years pastries from the day before or more than 3 days a day -saying black coffee which only has coffee color and I pass the room is full of flies and saying that the hotel belongs to a large chain which is the Saint Georges and also to the state how much it will cost all this to have a good image of local tourism.

Passing through Bou Saada, me and my wife spent a pleasant night at the Hotel Kerdada. Already at the entrance we were greeted by a friendly receptionist in a setting full of history of this magnificent region, we regretted arriving late at this magnificent hotel. We did not try the restaurant as we had dinner in a restaurant in town otherwise their breakfast was very varied and filled. The room was spacious, very clean, overlooking a magnificent garden, well heated, the comfortable bed, the clean shower with new towels, champion gel, really nothing to say, flat screen TV with several French channels and there is even a mini fridge with two drinks. After breakfast we were able to visit the magnificent garden overlooking a superb swimming pool that already the desire to return to this hotel is great if it were not for 1 degree in the morning I would have taken a dip because the water was so crystal clear We would like to congratulate the staff for having been able to keep this historical space in this condition despite this covid period which is not conducive to travel

Simply incredible. I never imagined finding such a beautiful place in Bou Saada. This hotel is a pure architectural gem. I felt like time was standing still. Very friendly, discreet staff. A huge relaxing garden. The rooms are very clean, everything you need is there. I think I have finally found a place that is made for me knowing that I have already been to the best hotels in the world. This one has particularities that I can't describe. You have to go there to understand.

Having heard a lot about this hotel, I went there on a business trip. Receptionist quite slow almost twenty minutes to meet despite prior reservation, lack of parking, narrow room, bathroom whose flush was not functional, noisy ventilation, big cockroach when I returned to the room, window overlooking the street with noise pollution.
