I always stay in this hotel whenever I am in Melbourne. Reason is because public transport is convenient and there are lots of restaurants around. The hotel is just a 2 minutes walk to Boxhill Central.

Very nice location, I felt like it was very good pricing. They do make up the room every other day, so just need to be prepared for that. Pretty good amenities. The lack of an established pick up/drop off point will be a little awkward. But otherwise I like the place.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The room I was assigned seemed promising at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it was evident that the cleanliness and maintenance were severely lacking. One of the most alarming issues was the state of the kettle. It was visibly dirty, with stains and grime both inside and outside. I couldn't imagine using it to make a cup of tea or coffee without feeling disgusted. Additionally, there was a cleaning bottle left in the room, indicating that the housekeeping staff had either forgotten to remove it or hadn't thoroughly cleaned the area. This oversight was quite off-putting and raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. To add to the disappointments, there was no TV remote control in the room. As a guest, I expect basic amenities to be in place and functional, and not having the remote control was inconvenient, The carpet in the room was stained in several places, giving an impression of poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail. These stains made the room feel uninviting and added to the overall sense of uncleanliness. Additionally, the windows were covered in fingerprints and marks, indicating that they hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. This lack of attention to cleanliness throughout the room was quite disheartening. The location, which might have been a positive aspect in the past, has apparently declined in recent times. Unfortunately, this is beyond the hotel's control, but it does impact the overall experience for guests. While the hotel staff was friendly and responsive to some of my concerns, it's evident that the management needs to prioritize room cleanliness and maintenance to provide a more pleasant stay for their guests. I hope they take these issues seriously and work towards improving their service.

The hotel is located near Boxhill Center. It is very convenient for traveling, eating and shopping. The disadvantage is that the hygiene is not in place and the bed sheets are moldy😓

The location is a few minutes away from boxhill station. The parking lot of the hotel is AUD16 per day. The price is reasonable. The room is clean and tidy, but the shower door leaks into the toilet. Overall, it's not bad.

The room is very spacious and very close to Box Hill Shopping Center, about 200 meters walk away. The transportation is also very convenient. It is the best choice for business trips and travel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The photos look average, but the room is actually pretty good. The hotel is in a very good location, right next to Boxhill Central, so it's very convenient to buy groceries and eat. The zero mode restaurant downstairs is super delicious If you are visiting friends and renting a car to explore the surrounding areas, this hotel is really good. There are no toothbrushes and slippers, you need to bring your own.
