Farmhouse in the open countryside, for those who love tranquility. Having a large dog, we asked first if he could come in and there was no problem either by phone or when they saw him, which is already an extra point for us. We discovered this wonderful farmhouse thanks to friends and since then we can no longer help but go and eat there. Having stumbled upon this farmhouse by chance, the first thing that struck me was the improvisation of the lady who welcomes guests. Too bad we couldn't experience the cuisine due to the restaurant being closed. EMBARRASSING breakfast, I asked for a barley, it seemed like I had asked for the moon. In the end I retreated for a coffee and a piece of tart. There was nothing else. Very beautiful room with a modern but at the same time rustic design, shame about the numerous cobwebs present. Insufficient bathroom equipment (soaps).

It's been a while since I reviewed a property and I decided to do so for this farmhouse. Stay a little inland from the coast, even if it only takes 10 minutes to find yourself in Ladispoli. It is a beautiful structure with a very well maintained swimming pool equipped with very nice sunbeds and umbrellas. You can spend a day of complete relaxation surrounded by greenery and at lunch enjoy excellent dishes at more than reasonable prices. The owners are very kind and accept, if well behaved, medium and small sized dogs. We will be back for sure

We were guests of the property from 13 to 16 August and had a great time. Everything is very nice and clean, the staff are very kind and always available, and the restaurant is super. We ate very well. The well-kept and never crowded swimming pool (it is reserved for guests of the structure), in short, three days of true relaxation. Furthermore, having stayed with an elderly woman with walking problems, the structure has no architectural barriers and therefore makes moving from one place to another very easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a place to relax and we found this place which is close to Rome and in the middle of the greenery. They were all very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, the location was fantastic, the room was spotless and modern. What can I say, a nice breath of fresh air!
