The room fits the double bed but not spacious. The light is not bright and one curtain fell off on the second day. However, the maintenance man was eager to help and that was good! Like to common area on ground level. Location is excellent!

It was good experience, and I was enjoying staying there. A small thing, but I needed to call a staff to enter there when I check in. You might need to check in or call them if you would check in after 8pm.

Easy check in. Love the view. Quite a distance from the city centre but tram station is nearby.

I was visiting for 10 nights to help my Canberra based son move house. The room was clean and close to clean showers and kitchenette. The kitchen downstairs was great although it was disappointing for a motel guest to not get fridge space downstairs. It was good to have my own basin in my room and the storage space was good. The price was good.

Really enjoyed my time here. The location is just off of the tram and has some great restaurants and bars a short walk away. The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were great. I would recommend to anyone visiting Canberra.

Was a nice cosy room I had and got what I paid for, though wifi wasn't working initially though that got sorted a few hours after

The room was clean and warm. But the kitchen fridge didn't seem to be organised. I put my birthday cake in a container for few hours and it got stolen. Could not find anywhere even the container. I was so disappointed.

Dorm-style accomodations. Building is old and the room is basic but very clean and suitable for overnight stay. It might not be everyone’s liking but the rates are reasonable for the location. Shared bathroom facilities were also clean. Parking is free and on-site but is outdoors and not secured. Light rail stop is near the front of the property. The lock on door was sticky so it didn’t lock properly at times. Shared kitchen area had a large fridge, microwave, sink and hot water urn and tea bags. Stayed at the start of May and the room was cold at night. The blanket provided was thin however there was a panel heater in the room.
