Great budget hotel, quiet room and a good night’s sleep. I’ve used this hotel 3 times now.

Great location for us as it’s near family but there’s no amenities nearby. The rooms were extremely run down and dirty; especially the carpet. Chocolate stains on the bed and carpet and mould in the bathrooms. The general cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. The bed linen was stained too. The breakfast was great and general service from staff was good.

Very nice hotel for our stay in Bradford. Good for us as family of 2 adults and 1 child. Parking was good and can easily parked around hotel as it have plenty of spaces. Will come back again in future.

Lots of parking, basic but clean. For Leeds it is just off the motorway but personally for a bit less money and directly on the m62 I think daysinn is a better option. Not bad though. They have a restaurant that is a little expensive, there aren't many options in the area but they are happy to accept food deliveries.

The Hotel is in a good location, a little dated, but good for an overnight stay.

At this price, overall it's pretty good. I bought three bottles of drinks and gave them big bills. I said I couldn't find them and gave them to you. The service is good.

Never again ... The place was a complete dump apart from the bar and restaurant area. The staff have zero common sense.

As they are under new management the majority of alterations have been generally well completed. Clean rooms with plenty of space and plug spoints. The new bed side lights are a good improvement

The breakfast was, as politely as I can put it, dismally shabby. No fried bread, no fried egg, no black pudding, sausages appeared pre-cooked and reheated, tomatoes clearly were uncooked and everything was, at best, tepid. And the coffee machine had run out of milk. The fruit salad was uncovered and open to coughs and splutters, there was no non-white bread, the only yogurts were loaded with sugar; more of a dessert than breakfast. I was the first one in at 6.05. I dread to think of what later risers would have found waiting for them. On top of that, the piped music was duelling with the TV to be heard and made the experience quite uncomfortable.

Not great service. Room had issues with sink so had to move to another room after pestering staff originally was told they don't do a room with 2 pull out beds. But next day staff was like yes we do. Frustrating as a family with small children to move when only staying 2 nights. Otherwise breakfast was okay generally hotel was clean and tidy.staff need to be more knowledgeable and able to resolve issues instead of referring them to customer services.

I had a great experience at this Hotel, rooms were clean, good location and the staff were great. Thank you, Claudia, for being friendly and greeting us with a smile. Thank you for the excellent conversation and for serving us at the bar.

I am a hot sleeper so having the option to control my own personal in room AC unit was a amazing to have and a rare find for most travel lodges this hotel is very modern and allows you to have a great night sleep.
